This explains what Arrivanta LLC collects when you use Mealyaar and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and, if you add it, your name.
• Plan and meals: your plan, its dates, and each meal you get (which kitchen and which day).
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep Stripe's customer and subscription IDs.
• Friend codes and cash codes you use.
• Basic technical data such as sign-in cookies needed to keep you signed in.

How we use it

• To run your plan: sign you in, show your pass, check one meal per day and pay partner kitchens for meals served.
• To send account emails (sign-in links, receipts, important changes). We don't send marketing without your consent.
• To prevent misuse such as shared passes.

Who sees it

• Partner kitchens see your name when they scan your pass, and the number of meals served at their kitchen. They don't see your email or payment details.
• Service providers who run Mealyaar for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments) and our hosting provider.
• We don't sell your personal information.
• We may share information if the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your account while it's open. Payment and meal records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and tax (usually 7 years). To delete your account or get a copy of your data, email tausif@arrivanta.com.

Children

Mealyaar is for people 13 and older. Plans must be bought by an adult or with a parent's permission.
